- 1Export products from Shopify Admin or open your supplier spreadsheet.
- 2Confirm a Variant Inventory Policy column exists with deny or continue on every row.
- 3Upload the file to the free CSV validator to catch blank or invalid policy values.
- 4Sign up to bulk-fill deny or continue across the entire file and export a Shopify-ready CSV.
Before you re-upload
- Every variant row has deny or continue (lowercase)
- No yes/no, true/false, or blank policy cells
- Variant Inventory Tracker is shopify when stock should be tracked
- You tested a small batch in Admin before a full catalog upload
