1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Import Ready at import-ready.com(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Import Ready provides tools to upload, validate, edit, and export product and inventory data files. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of files and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload and process the data you submit.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files. We are not liable for loss of data except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload malware, abusive content, or data you do not have rights to use
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through automated scraping or overload
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service except where permitted by law

6. Privacy

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that validation results are complete or error-free, or that exported files will meet the requirements of third-party platforms. You are responsible for reviewing output before use.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPORT READY AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
