Introduction
Learn what Import Ready does and how it helps you validate, fix, and import inventory data.
Try free first
No account needed: validate your CSV (up to 5,000 rows, safe fixes, Shopify-ready download), compare two inventory files, or download Shopify templates. Sign up when you need to bulk-fix the full file.
Import Ready helps teams turn spreadsheet exports into clean, validated inventory data you can trust before it reaches your systems.
Whether you receive product catalogs from suppliers, stock counts from stores, or min/max replenishment files, Import Ready gives you a structured workflow to upload, validate, fix issues at scale, and import or export the corrected result.
What you can do
| Capability | Description |
|---|---|
| Upload files | Bring in CSV or Excel files for products, stock quantities, or min/max thresholds |
| Map columns | Match your file headers to the fields Import Ready expects |
| Review in a grid | Scroll through thousands of rows with errors and warnings highlighted per cell |
| Fix efficiently | Edit cells, bulk-edit entire columns, jump to issues, search by SKU or name |
| Save your work | Persist edits so you can leave and return later |
| Export or import | Download a corrected CSV (including Shopify format with inventory policy) or run the final import |
| Compare inventory | Find SKU quantity mismatches between a Shopify export and a supplier file (per Location/Store when those columns exist) |
| Free tools | Validate CSV, compare files, download templates — no signup |
