Imports list
Understand the imports dashboard, import statuses, and how to resume or delete work.
The Imports page is your home base inside the app. Every file you upload appears here as a card with its current status, row counts, and available actions.
Opening the imports list
After signing in, click Imports in the main navigation. You will see all imports for your account, typically sorted with the most recent first.
Import card overview
Each card shows:
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| File name | The original uploaded file name |
| Import type | Products, Stock Quantities, Min-Max, or another supported type |
| Date | When the import was created |
| Status | Where the import is in the workflow |
| Rows | Total rows detected in your file |
| Errors | Validation errors that must be fixed before importing |
| Warnings | Issues you should review but that may not block import |
Import statuses
| Status | Meaning | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Reading your table… | The file is being processed and validated | Wait for completion |
| Fix your table's errors | Validation finished with blocking errors | Open Review data to fix issues |
| Your table is ready to be imported | No blocking errors remain | Review, download, or import |
| Importing | The final import is running | Wait — progress is shown on the card |
| Done! | Import completed successfully | Download results or start a new import |
Note: When errors are present, the card shows a message that errors must be fixed before importing. The Import now button stays disabled until the error count reaches zero.
Available actions
Depending on status, each card may offer:
- Review data — open the import preview grid to inspect and edit rows
- Download CSV — export corrected data (Standard or Shopify format)
- Import now — run the final import when the file is ready
- Delete — permanently remove the import and all associated validation data
Resume where you left off
Imports are saved to your account. You can close the browser, sign out, and return later — your column mappings, edits (once saved), and validation results remain attached to the import card.
Delete an import
Click the trash icon on a card to delete an import. You will be asked to confirm because deletion is permanent and removes all validation data for that file.
Tip: You cannot delete an import while it is actively importing. Wait for the process to finish or fail first.
